Cambridge Caregivers Ranks No. 33 on the 2026 Texas Exes Longhorn 100 List
Austin, Texas — Cambridge Caregivers, a leading provider of in-home care, has earned the No. 33 spot on this year’s Texas Exes Longhorn 100, honoring the fastest growing businesses founded or led by alumni of The University of Texas at Austin. This is the second year in a row that Cambridge Caregivers was recognized on the list.
The Longhorn 100 is presented annually by the Texas Exes, the official alumni association of UT Austin, and recognizes companies demonstrating exceptional growth and impact. Rankings are determined by independent accounting firm Whitley Penn, based primarily on year‑over‑year revenue growth.
Cambridge Caregivers was founded by CEO Adam Lampert, a UT Austin alumnus and a Life Member of the Texas Exes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the McCombs School of Business.
Under Lampert’s leadership, Dallas-based Cambridge Caregivers has achieved exceptional growth. The company expanded in 2025 with the opening of a new Austin office, in addition to its established offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, allowing Cambridge Caregivers to serve families across Texas.
For more than a decade, Cambridge Caregivers has delivered professional, compassionate in‑home care, supported by a team of fully vetted and highly trained W‑2 employees, including caregivers, CNAs, LVNs and RNs. The company is known for its commitment to consistency of care, thorough caregiver screening and training, and exceptional service for both clients and employees.
Lampert said he’s most proud of the fact that Cambridge Caregivers has continued to grow while remaining true to its people‑first mission-driven culture: We Make Lives Better.
“Being named to the Longhorn 100 for two consecutive years represents an incredible honor,” Lampert said. “But growth is only meaningful when it reflects positive impact, and for us, positive impact means we’re serving more families across Texas while continuing to support meaningful, fulfilling careers for our caregivers and our corporate staff.”
