Melody Berryhill:
Accounting Manager
Melody Berryhill is the Office/Accounting Manager for Manchester Care Homes and Cambridge Caregivers. Melody attended East Texas State University-Commerce where she majored in business. Following her education, Melody was a civilian contractor for a peace keeping mission in the Sinai Desert where she met her husband, Michael. Melody loves spending time with her two children and three precious grandchildren. Melody is a loyal and dedicated member of the Manchester and Cambridge families, with 40 years of office management and accounting background. “I feel blessed everyday to go to work and have the opportunity to help other families in times of change.”
Ernie Cote:
COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Ernie is responsible for overseeing the management and daily operations of Manchester Care Homes and Cambridge Caregivers. His 30+ years of leadership experience have taught him that when people are treated well in the workplace, it’s not just good for them, but it’s good for business and good for the world. Ernie is motivated by the skilled and compassionate care that our amazing caregivers offer clients. He is committed to serving clients and employees alike, in order to foster a productive environment. Ernie is passionate about growing the company so that Cambridge can serve even more families. Ernie has a bachelor’s and MBA from Baylor University and sits on the board of several companies. In addition to being a big brother for 25(!) years, and a court appointed special advocate (CASA) volunteer for at-risk children, Ernie is an extremely proud dad of two girls; Zoe a Junior at UCLA, and Foster, a Sophomore at UC Berkeley. His ‘third daughter’ is an adorable obedience school dropout named Stitch. When not bragging about one of his girls, he loves yoga (he’s a certified instructor), kickball, reading, and volunteering at The Resource Center food bank.
Carlee Forgie:
Client Care Coordinator
Carlee is a client care coordinator who brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, serving in various positions from office manager, medical biller, and home health intake and operations. Growing up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, family and her grandparents were the biggest influences, their presence sparked her passion for caregiving. Being a middle child, she naturally developed a nurturing nature and a keen ability to listen. She is committed to creating an environment where clients, their families, and coworkers feel genuinely supported and cared for. It’s fulfilling to know that the work I do can bring comfort and reassurance to others. In my free time, I love exploring all the amazing places Dallas has to offer for dining, playing basketball, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Dana Freed:
Ambassador
Dana Freed is a Brand Ambassador at Cambridge Caregivers. Dana’s personal experience providing care for her mother has undoubtedly shaped her understanding of the importance of senior care. This firsthand experience has given her valuable insights into the challenges and needs of elderly individuals. Dana leads an active lifestyle in Plano, Texas, with a husband, three children, and two dogs, demonstrating her commitment to creating a well-rounded life, while also prioritizing the needs of others. Outside of work, Dana loves to travel, ski, shop, volunteer, and engage with diverse groups of people. Dana, originally from Houston, Texas, moved to Plano after living in Austin, Texas; Madison, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; and West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Bobby Goodman:

Bobby Goodman is our Brand Ambassador at Cambridge Caregivers. For 40 years, Bobby co-owned and operated his family business, Goodies from Goodman, and definitely knows a thing or two about great brands. A native of Dallas, Texas, he is a graduate of the St. Mark’s School of Texas and holds a liberal arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Alissa have three children and 8 beautiful grandchildren. When not playing with his grandkids, Bobby likes to golf and exercise.
Cindy Greenberg:
Community Liaison
Cindy Greenberg is a Community Liaison for Cambridge Caregivers. Cindy loves getting to know new clients and their families, treating them all as if they were her own. Cindy grew up in Kansas City, MO, graduated from the University of Missouri, and relocated to Dallas many years ago. She and her husband have two sons. When she’s not being an elite movie critic, Cindy enjoys travelling, listening to music, and spending time with her loved ones.
Megan Guerrero:
Scheduling Manager
Endearingly dubbed the “Jack of all Trades,” Megan has been in the home care industry for 15+ years. After being out in the field for 7 years as one of our top caregivers, Megan accepted her current position and joined our A-Team here in the office. She moved here from Corpus Christi, Texas and brought her bubbly personality with her! Megan helps with practically anything we need and serves as our office “runner.” If we need her to fill in for a shift until we can get a caregiver in place, she is happy to do it. Megan’s passion for helping seniors stems from caring for her great-grandmother, whom she lost to mixed dementia in 2012. With both her hands-on and behind-the-scenes training, Megan can continue doing what she is passionate about, helping others.
Marsha Harris:
Community Liaison
Marsha “Masha” Harris is a community liaison for Cambridge Caregivers. Masha has spent twenty years striving to be of service to those navigating stressful medical situations, and she is extremely proud to continue that mission with the Cambridge family. Masha has a strong passion for educating the community and families about available resources to ease their burdens through, what can often be, a confusing and challenging healthcare process. Family is of the utmost importance for Masha, who relocated here with her family from Ukraine. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling with her husband, taking long walks with her fur baby, or just gathering around the table after cooking an authentic homemade meal.
Tammy Hooker:
Human Resources
Tammy Hooker is the Employee Relations and Development Manager for Manchester Care Homes and Cambridge Caregivers. That’s the long way of saying she is here to listen, support, and care for the team that cares for our clients. She brings over 26 years of experience in organizational development, employee relations, and retention strategy in service to our outstanding caregiver team. Active in her local community, and a dedicated education advocate, she is a board member of the Top Achievers Foundation in Plano, Texas and Host of Plano Podcast. Her free time is spent enjoying the outdoors with her husband Gary, teenage daughter Gigi, and two dogs Salvador Doggi and Bandit Moon. She holds a BSBA Human Resources from the University of Arkansas.

Adam Lampert:

As Chief Steward of Manchester Care Homes, Adam recognizes that happy residents and happy employees go hand in hand …. sometimes literally! Adam is committed to ensuring that our residents thrive and our employees prosper by treating all of our residents, employees, management, and families with respect and understanding. Adam has spent his business career as an advisor, operator, investor, and board member. He is committed to serving his community, both as a business owner/operator and as a volunteer. Adam has served on several corporate and civic boards, including his role as past President of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) in North Texas. For many years, Adam has worked to enrich the lives of children and their families living in Vickery Meadow, one of the most impoverished areas in Dallas, through his work with Dallas ISD and Jill Stone Elementary. Adam received his BA and BBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. When not working in Dallas, Adam enjoys spending free time with his wife and three children riding motorbikes, hiking trails, and clearing brush on their property in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
Brian Levy:
Chief Relationship Officer
Brian Levy is the Chief Relationship Officer of Cambridge Caregivers and Manchester Care Homes. A “people person” to the extreme, Brian loves to meet new people and extoll the virtues of Cambridge Caregivers. From doctors to social workers, medical assistants and CEOs, Brian gets the good word out about Cambridge with the people who continue to make repeat referrals to our company. Brian especially enjoys the opportunity he gets to visit with our clients and their families to determine how Cambridge might best assist them and oversee the relationship. Brian is also the host of the Manchester Living Podcast, helping families navigate the complex maze of elder care. Brian holds a degree in Psychology from Menlo College. He lives in Dallas with his wife and their dog Dash. Brian has twin teenage boys who he enjoys the great outdoors with hunting, fishing and golfing.
Sandi Levy, RN, BSed, CDP:
Director of Nursing
Sandi Levy, RN, BSed, CDP is the Director of Nursing for Manchester Care Homes. Sandi graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1987. She graduated from nursing school in 1993 and has been a practicing RN at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for the past 15 years. Sandi has worked in a variety of settings including pediatric orthopedics, neurology, developmental disabilities, and overall nursing education. Sandi thoroughly enjoys being a part Manchester’s medical team and enjoys working with the caregivers, the residents, and their families. While working on her MSN, much of her time is spent conducting research and writing school papers. Sandi has three grown children whom she loves spending time with. Sandi is passionate about health and wellness and starts every day with either barre or yoga.
Dawn Mbiru:
Scheduling Manager
Dawn Mbiru is the scheduler for Cambridge Caregivers. Dawn has been in the caregiving business as a scheduler for over 5 years and is very passionate about her position. She loves building relationships with the caregivers as well as the clients. Dawn is originally from West Texas but has been in Dallas for over 20 years. She is a mother of three and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and listening to live music.
Rachel O'Brien:
Community Liason
Rachel came to Cambridge with more than 25 years of experience in the senior care industry. Her favorite quote is, “Every person has a story, and it’s our job to listen to it,” and she takes the quote to heart, enjoying every minute she spends getting to know her clients and their individual needs. Rachel started her career in senior health without a college degree but after raising her five children, she decided to go back to school and finish what she started many years before. Rachel received a BAAS degree in Gerontology and Nutrition from the University of North Texas, where she earned a 4.0 average every semester for all four years. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 30 years and playing with her grandchildren. She also enjoys going to the beach, drinking wine with friends, and working in her garden.
Stephanie Rosuck:
Community Liaison
Stephanie Rosuck is the Director of Marketing and Community Outreach for Cambridge Caregivers. She spends her days meeting with clients, doctors, and professionals in the medical community to ensure that every Cambridge client is treated with the respect, compassion, and dignity they deserve and have come to expect from Cambridge. Stephanie is passionate about service and is committed to treating each client as she would treat a member of her own family, personally meeting with them before each assignment to better understand their needs and to ensure a good caregiver/client match, remaining in contact throughout each assignment and overseeing every aspect of their care. She prides herself on her quick response time and unwavering commitment to client support and satisfaction. Stephanie is a graduate of Cornell University and SMU Dedman School of Law. She lives in Dallas with her husband, four daughters, and their therapy dog Max. Outside of work she enjoys reading, cooking, and some occasional peace and quiet.

Operations and Communications Specialist
Ariella Stromberg is an Operations and Communications Specialist at Manchester Living. She enjoys meeting new people, helping others, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. Ariella has experience in various fields, including local government, think tanks, startups, and multinational corporations. At every experience, Ariella brings her can-do attitude in addition to strong organization and communication skills. Having studied International Relations and Arabic at the University of Texas at Austin, Ariella loves learning about other cultures. In her free time, she likes experimenting with TikTok recipes, painting her nails, and listening to podcasts about pop culture or national security.
Regina Sutton:
Scheduling Manager
Regina is a Scheduler for Cambridge Caregivers. For the past six years, Regina has been dedicated to the senior care industry, where she first started as a caregiver. Regina is truly passionate about this field and believes that compassionate support helps improve the lives of our elderly community. Outside of work, Regina enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, watching Alabama football, and trying out new restaurants.
Robin Trenary:

Robin Trenary is a Community Liaison and Quality Assurance Manager for Cambridge Caregivers. After 25 years of serving in various management roles within private insurance companies, Robin had a desire to find a more meaningful and fulfilling career and made the transition into the senior care industry in 2016. Her passion for quality service, coupled with her strong business acumen, has positioned her as a trusted leader and advocate for compassionate care. Robin values efficient operations, effective communication, and upholds core values of compassion and empathy in the senior care industry. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her daily interactions with clients and stakeholders. She personally connects with individuals, taking the time to understand their needs on a deeper level, and ensures that each person receives the highest quality of care and support. Robin is originally from Waco, Texas, and relocated to Dallas in 2016. She cherishes her family life and enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Brittany, and Maddison. Robin also enjoys reading, swimming, and cooking in her free time.

Ken Umansky:

Ken Umansky is a Brand Ambassador at Cambridge Caregivers. He brings more than 40 years of marketing/advertising experience to Cambridge. He loves to work with team members to figure out what to say, how to say it, and where to say it. He has worked with some of the most recognizable worldwide brands for clients like Proctor & Gamble, Heinz, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and a host of high-tech clients. He started his career in NYC with some of the largest advertising agencies on Madison Avenue. From there he, and his family, have moved around the United States and have lived in more cities and homes than someone in the military. Ken has a BSJ in Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MSJ from Northwestern University. He recently moved to Dallas to be near his two grown children and four grandchildren. When he is not working, you can find him on the golf course, pickleball court, or having fun with his family.
Addison Wootton:

Addison Wootton serves as the Controller for Manchester Living. Addison appreciates that as the main steward of our finances, he has an obligation to see that our money is spent wisely, and he has a deep seated belief that every dollar we receive should translate into better quality of care for our clients and better quality of living for our hard working staff. Addison, who graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BS and MS in Accounting and Information Systems, has spent more than a decade in accounting and finance. When he’s not busy crunching numbers, Addison can be found hunting, fishing, or playing music with his wife and two young children.
