A Heart for Veterans
Brittany Hamilton Joins Cambridge Caregivers

Cambridge Caregivers is proud to welcome Brittany Hamilton as our new North Texas Regional Development Director. Brittany joins our team with a deep passion for serving others—especially veterans and their families.
In her role, Brittany will lead regional marketing initiatives, expand community awareness and strengthen Cambridge Caregivers’ presence across Tarrant, Denton and Collin counties. She will focus on building strategic partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, care managers and other professionals who guide older adults and their families through important care decisions.
A key priority for Brittany will be increasing awareness among veterans, their families and referral partners about Cambridge Caregivers’ concierge-level in-home care services, including those available through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Brittany comes from a family deeply rooted in military service. As both a military daughter (Navy) and spouse (Air Force), she has witnessed firsthand the sacrifices made by veterans and their families. This personal connection inspired her to become the founder of the Texas Veterans Hope Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans overcome challenges and access essential resources. Through the organization, Brittany and her team assist with a wide range of needs—from utility assistance and healthcare connections to helping homeless veterans find stability and long-term support.
“We work with just about anything a veteran or their family may need, connecting them with the right resources and services,” she said.
Brittany emphasizes that many veterans face significant financial, housing and healthcare challenges after their service—despite common misconceptions about available support. Her mission is to help bridge that gap.
She is especially excited to join Cambridge Caregivers, one of Texas’ premier family-owned and operated private-duty home care agencies. Cambridge Caregivers is an authorized in-network provider of personal care services for VA Medical Centers throughout Texas. Eligible veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for in-home care services through VA programs, allowing them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
“Many veterans and families simply don’t realize these benefits exist,” Brittany said. “One of my goals is to help ensure they understand the resources available to them and how to access the care they’ve earned through their service.”
Before joining Cambridge Caregivers, Brittany gained extensive experience across nearly every aspect of the in-home care industry—from hands-on caregiving to managing operations and co-owning a home care agency. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and a Positive Approach to Care (PAC) Trainer, having trained under internationally recognized dementia care expert Teepa Snow.

Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family on their small ranch in Aubrey, where she and her husband are raising their two young children. An East Texas native, she carries forward strong small-town values that shape both her personal life and professional approach.
“We’re an outdoors-oriented family that enjoys sports, volunteering, and church activities,” she said. “Giving back and being actively involved in our community is important to us.”
Brittany’s commitment to service, compassion, and community aligns closely with the mission of Cambridge Caregivers. As the organization continues to grow throughout North Texas, her leadership, industry expertise and dedication to veterans will help ensure more families can successfully navigate the complex maze of elder care and receive the support they need.
Please join us in welcoming Brittany to the Cambridge Caregivers family.
