concierge medicine

Hello!

What if there was a way to avoid the long wait times and build a better relationship with your doctor? I may have a solution for you to consider.

My name is Brian Levy with Cambridge Caregivers and there are a couple of things I want to discuss with you today: Concierge Medicine and Long-Term Planning.

Is Concierge Medicine Right for You?

The first thing I want to talk to you about is Concierge Medicine.

This practice, sometimes known as Retainer Medicine is a relationship between patient and primary care physician – in which the patient pays an annual fee or retainer.

This service has plenty of benefits, including:

* Shorter wait times and increased availability to see your doctor
* Ability to see your doctor at home, in office, hospital, or nursing facility
* Personal access to your Concierge Doctor, including cell phone numbers to the doctor and key members of the medical staff.
* Build a true connection between doctor and patient

Now, there is some talk about the expense of concierge medicine.

However, when I asked Dr. Kyle Molen of North Texas Preferred Health Partners about it on a recent edition of the Manchester Living Podcast he told me: “I think in general you’ll find that most practices are reasonably affordable.”

“I tell people that if you break down the costs over a monthly basis, it’s the cost of an expensive dinner in Dallas”

Long-Term Care Planning

Long-term care planning is a challenge. Add in the Covid-19 health crisis and it becomes even more challenging.

And, remember, if you have questions or want to discuss this further, don’t hesitate to call, text, or email me.
